** If Live Plants during Transport get damaged, no replacement & no refund will be applicable.

** The day the product will be dispatched, next day the Tracking Id will be sent to Customer.

Attention: Due to high temperature the odered plants will be dispatched after 2 months.

RETURN POLICY

 

LIVE PLANTS are non-returnable products & non-refundable. 

If there is damage to the tree or if there is less tree in the parcel.  Then open video should be sent then it will be discussed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you cancel the order rupees 200/- & processing charges  will be deducted from the total amount you paid at time of placing order.
